At NS, Base is responsible for change management and communications for the services and operations division.
The division has a new concession for 2025 with 3 main ambitions: being ready for the future, allowing for trains to ride on time and proud employees. We are supporting the change management team and general management of NS to drive this change and on top of that, we are giving many team coaching sessions and leadership trainings.
