Friesland Campina is undergoing a vast transformation. As the main lead in change management, our tasks include designing a new operational model and organisational structure and defining new ways of working together, which requires a new culture and new behaviours. We are also executing restructuring exercises for a great number of people who will lose -or in some cases be demoted in- their jobs. Most importantly, we equip the Friesland Campina leadership team with the right change implementation tools so that they can drive the change as advocates.
